Dudley King


Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, Dudley graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dudley worked for the Coca-Cola Company for 14 years in various sales and marketing positions prior to purchasing Plantation Interiors in 1983.

Dudley is the 2013 recipient of the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Alice Glenn Doughtie Good Citizenship Award. He is currently a Trustee of the Community Foundation of the Low Country and Chairman of its Grants Advisory Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of Hilton Head Island Institute, member of the Grants Committee of Hargray Caring Coins, and Past Commodore of the South Carolina Yacht Club.

Dudley's past community activities include: member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Children’s Center and responsible for the construction of their new facility on Hilton Head Island; member of the Town of Hilton Head Island Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee; Vice-Chairman of the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina being responsible for finances and construction of the Arts Center; member of the Board of Regents of Leadership Hilton Head; President of Leadership Hilton Head Alumni Association; Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce responsible for governmental affairs; and Vice-President of the Hilton Head Island Community Association.

Donna Johnston

Donna Johnston

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Donna graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology and Business Administration.

Donna returned to Plantation Interiors in 1992 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously, Donna was the Vice President of Norris Interiors and the General Manager of Robb & Stucky—both in Ft. Myers, Florida. Prior to departing to Florida, Donna was the General Manager of Plantation Interiors from 1981 to 1987.

Currently, Donna is responsible for developing and instituting builder/developer marketing and model merchandising programs, managing designers and selecting and overseeing the display of merchandise. During her career, Donna has managed single and multi-store operations and understands the commitment to detail and follow-through necessary to successfully complete all interior design projects.

Committed to serving the community, Donna served as Associate Vice-President, Board Member and Senior Advisor to Board Directors of the Hilton Head Home Builders Association. Donna also was responsible for acquiring and coordinating donations from furniture manufacturers to design and furnish the Hilton Head Heroes House, a home established to provide cost free vacations for families of children with terminal illnesses. Donna has been a two-time recipient of the Home Builders Association's "Associate of the Year Award."

Bill Neville

Bill Neville

Vice President of Finance and Operations

Bill graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration in accounting from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Previously, Bill was a Staff Accountant with Arthur Anderson & Co., and worked overseas as a Staff Accountant for an oil field service company. Bill was also the Controller at the Kiandra Lodge in Vail, Colorado and Assistant Controller of Sea Pines Resort.

Bill joined Plantation Interiors as Controller in 1986, later becoming Vice President. Bill has been elected Treasurer of his Homeowners Association continuously since 1999 and actively supports two youth theater groups—one of which he serves as Treasurer.
