

Lindsay Burwell
Interior Designer
Formerly an intern and design assistant for Plantation Interiors, Lindsay graduated in 2008 from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. After time spent studying abroad in France, Italy and Spain, Lindsay returned to the firm in 2010, hired on as a full-time Interior Designer. During her time spent as an assistant, Lindsay managed and supervised the installations of over forty Village Homes along the May River in the nationally known, five-star resort of Palmetto Bluff, in Bluffton, SC. In addition to these projects, Lindsay’s accolades also include noteworthy design work throughout the Midwest. She merchandised the two-story City Homes modern loft Model Home in the River Market of downtown Kansas City, MO, which was featured in the 2009 Urban Tour of Homes and 2009 Parade of Homes. Currently, Lindsay manages large-scale residential projects in New York and Florida.

Hope Hunter
Interior Designer
Hope Hunter has been in the interior design business for over thirty years, working on both residential and commercial projects. She graduated from Garland in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design with a minor in architecture. Hope is a versatile designer with a passion for detail and the incredible gift of interpreting her client’s dreams. Her designs can be found not only in the South, but in a chic 5th Avenue apartment in Manhattan, a luxurious St. Croix vacation home and many more in between. In addition to working with home owners and builders, she has completed a number of designs for show homes benefiting many local charities including Hospice Care and March of Dimes. For many years Hope was a freelance writer for Hilton Head’s daily paper The Island Packet, focusing on interior design trends that have inspired readers throughout the area. Hope enjoys painting and is known for her whimsical art. Her bold designs and innovative ideas make her one of the most sought after designers in the Low Country.

Dean Huntley
Interior Designer
With over thirty years of design experience in both residential and commercial projects, Dean Huntley has executed sophisticated designs up and down the east coast focusing mainly on the Low Country. As a graduate of Lander University with a fine arts degree in interior design, she prides herself on creating designs that reflect the client’s personality and lifestyle. She has completed a multitude of designs ranging from large-scale residential projects to local restaurants. Dean’s expertise led her to write a design column in The Island Packet for several years. Her extensive travel, especially to South America, allows her to add a taste of international style. Working in conjunction with architects and builders, Dean ensures that her client’s vision is realized. Her work has been featured in Carolina Architecture and Design Magazine and a number of other publications.
Most recently, Dean was awarded four Aurora Awards, including the top award, the Golden Aurora, during the Annual Industry Gala at the 2009 Southeast Building Conference/Green Building Show in Orlando, Fla. The Aurora Awards honor the Southeast's most outstanding builders, designers, architects and other industry professionals within a twelve-state region and the Caribbean. Dean won for the interior design of "Natures Image" an 8,000 square foot compound in Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton, SC. She was also awarded the 2009 Best in State Aurora Award, the 2009 Grand Aurora Award and the 2009 Aurora Award.

Mary Lawrence
Interior Designer
For the last twenty years Mary has provided interior design services to residential, commercial and hospitality clientele. Mary holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Cardinal Stritch College and later received an Associates Degree in Interior Design. Originally from Wisconsin, Mary has designs both in the Mid-West and the Low Country. She prides herself in developing, designing and detailing interiors to each client’s needs and style. She enjoys working with a variety of styles ranging from classic traditional to eclectic to edgy contemporary. Her work has been featured in several annual fundraisers on Hilton Head Island.
